к сожалению нам не известен ответ на этот вопрос, -
пока ни в исследованиях, ни на практике не удалось встретить успешных в долгосрочной (5+ лет) перспективе моделей 100%-ного растительного питания (веганства, сыроедения),
поэтому у нас нет оснований давать рекомендации по этим типам питания
- даже если выстроить питание таким образом, чтобы соблюсти все нормы по количеству белка
и другим дефицитным для растительного питания веществам (в том числе витамину В12, D, ретинолу, железу и цинку), то и на этом фоне в длительной перспективе наблюдается белковая и сопряженная витаминно-минеральная недостаточность, что приводит к компенсированному режиму работы органов,
ухудшает состояние зубов и костей
вероятно все дело в относительно низком качестве растительного белка
(соотношение аминокислот и их усвоении) и такой тип питание если и есть смысл использовать,
то только как временное
